Oilon

Oilon is a manufacturer from Finland that produces heat pumps, oil and gas burners for domestic, industrial and marine sectors. It also manufactures power plant and process burners capable of being used in several different plants and applications such as waste fuel, bio-fuel, process, and multi-fuel and simultaneous waste firing burners. With more than 40 years experience, Oilon is highly reliable and built for easy commissioning.

Oilon offers a wide range of Light Oil, Heavy Oil, Gas and Duel Fuel burners with the selection of 2 stage, 3 stage and Modulating control with a capacity range of between 10kW and 63 MW to match the requirements for industrial users.

The proficiency components and a duo-block type in which combustion air is provided by a separate blower enable Oilon to deliver complete combustion systems. Clean combustion and low emission of pollutants ensure that Oilon remains environmentally friendly. The automation system is accurately tuned by an automation system coupled with adequate control processes to ensure the unsurpassed combustion.

Technolog has over 30 years experience in the design and manufacture of battery powered data loggers, electronic pressure controllers for gas distribution networks and intrinsically safe products for use in explosive atmospheres.

The Technolog group of companies includes Utilitec Services, a nationwide team of site engineers having specialist knowledge in Technolog products and niche gas applications and Utility Data Services which comprises two data centres responsible for collecting data from hundreds of thousands of sites every day. The data is quality checked, written to utilities’ corporate systems and can be viewed by logging into an application specific website.

KRAL

KRAL AG from Austria develops and manufactures all of its screw pumps, flow meters and technical systems. KRAL screw pumps are used to deliver lubricating, non-abrasive and chemically inert liquids.

There are two types of KRAL screw pumps:

a) Mechanical Seal Type
b) Magnetic Coupling Type

Typical applications include:-

a) Marine, as feed and circulating pumps for fuels (including Marine Gas Oil) and lubricants.
b) Mechanical engineering, as lubricant and coolant pumps for gear, engines, turbines and hydraulic systems.
c) Oil burner technology, as ring line and transfer pump
d) Plastics processing, especially polyurethane applications.

KRAL Volumeter (Flowmeter) is a positive displacement meter. It measures the flow of liquids from low-viscosity liquids like petrol, acids, alkalis to high-viscosity liquids such as printing inks and bitumen.

Kral Volumeter is accurate to ±0.1% of rate over a wide flow and viscosity range. It is also compact, robust and precise.

Lanemark

Lanemark International Ltd. UK provides wide range of process burner , immersion tube tank systems and gas fired burner systems which are designed to integrate into a wide range of industrial process heating applications.

Lanemark TX and TRX Series Burners offers wide range of process liquids can be heated accurately and consistently with the Lanemark TX Series small diameter immersion tube tank heating systems. Highly cost-effective in operation, efficiencies in excess of 80% are readily achieved in both newbuild and retrofit installations. TX and TRX Burners widely proven in a range of applications such as:

Lanemark Oven Heating FD-C/GA and FD-E/GA Series Burners;

Wencon

Wencon was founded in 1984, have more than 25 years of experience in epoxy repairs. Providing epoxy to any metal surface gives additional life cycle.

Wencon offers a range of high-quality epoxy-based repair compounds and coatings, as well as pipe and exhaust repair products suitable for a wide range of applications. To keep usage at a minimum and ensure value for money, Wencon provides only a few products that cover a wide range of repairs. All our products are top quality and have a high specific volume and simple mixing ratio (1:1 and 1:2). All Wencon standard products have an excellent adhesion to all materials, except soft plastic.
